A Family-Owned Landscaping Company in Windermere

We look after yards the same way on every visit. We look closely, find out why something is struggling, then fix that. You get a straight answer, a written estimate and a crew that treats your home like a neighbor's.

Why We Start With the Cause

Most yard problems show up as a symptom first. A brown patch, a bed that stays soggy, a hedge thinning from the inside. It's easy to sell new sod or new plants for every one of those, and just as easy to watch the same problem come back a few months later. We wanted to run our company the other way around.

So the first thing we do at your home is walk it with you. We check how the sprinkler heads spray and whether a zone runs too long, push a probe into the soil to see how deep it stays wet, look at the base of the grass blades for insects or fungus, and note where shade has crept in as trees filled out. Then we explain what we found in plain words, before we talk about price. That might point to irrigation work, a change in your lawn care routine or a fresh planting plan.

We've been a family-owned business since 2018, and we're fully insured. That matters when a crew is working near your house, your pool cage or your neighbor's fence. It also means the people quoting your job care how it holds up a year from now, not just how it looks the day we leave.

How We Work on Your Property

  1. 01

    A walkthrough before a quote

We don't price a job from the curb. Walking the property lets us see drainage, soil and sprinkler coverage, so the estimate covers the real problem and not only the visible one.

  2. 02

    An honest repair-or-replace answer

Sometimes a lawn needs new sod. Often it needs a sprinkler head moved and a taller mowing height. We'll tell you which, and if a smaller fix will do, that's what we recommend.

  3. 03

    Written, line-item estimates

You see what each part of the job costs, from plant material to haul-off. If something we couldn't see changes the plan once work starts, we stop and talk with you first.

  4. 04

    Careful, tidy job days

We keep equipment off soft turf when we can and protect walkways and beds near the work. Clippings and debris get blown off and hauled away before we go.

Where We Work

Our crews work across Windermere and nearby communities, including Winter Garden, Ocoee, Horizon West, Doctor Phillips, Bay Hill and Lake Butler. Central Florida's sandy soil drains fast and summer storms hit hard, so we plan plantings and watering schedules that hold up to both. The Service Areas page has the full list.
